Bulk Bags, or Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers, are designed for efficient transport and storage of bulk materials. They are made from high strength woven polypropylene. The benefits of using bulk bags include:

• protection of the product from contamination and the elements
• efficient use of space
• reduction in packaging materials.

They are ideal for use on building sites or in exposed areas.

Bag Boys can supply bulk bags either by weight or by volume, i.e. one tonne or one cubic metre. We can bag any product (not only those listed), small volumes to large - from one bag to several thousand.

Bulk bags are typically delivered to site and offloaded by hiab or tail lift truck. Bags can be provided either with a flat bottom or with a spout bottom for an easier discharge. Once empty, the bag can be recycled or used around your garden.

Bag Boys offers contract bagging services for your business. Options include: a full supply-and-delivery service, toll manufacturing service, and/or storage and distribution. All services can be tailored to your requirements. We deliver on time and to specification.

Bag Boys use high quality form, fill & seal (FFS) machinery, as well as palletising robots (pictured) capable of quickly packaging a wide variety of products into various bag sizes.

Complementing this is our manual packaging service which caters to smaller jobs and products not suited to FFS technology.

If you wish to supply your own product, or have a specific "one off" job, we are more than willing to be of service. No job is too big or too small.

Bag Boys is able to supply a range of bags for flood control.

These sand bags are typically hessian sacks (far right) though woven polypropylene (right) is also available. Stack them up to provide a temporary solution to any flooding problem. We can provide from one to several thousand as required.

Woven polypropylene bags can alternatively be used for retaining jobs using either sand or soil.

Various bag sizes are available.

Bags are usually delivered on pallets (typically 40 per pallet) and unloaded off the truck via Hiab.
